This page explains how users of the AI वैद्य app by Arogyacharya can request deletion of their account and associated data.

How to request deletion

1. Send a request to the contact below with the subject “Delete my account”.
2. Include the mobile number registered in the app (and, for doctors, your registered email).
3. We may verify the request by sending an OTP or calling the registered number, so that nobody else can delete your account.

What is deleted

• Your profile (name, age, gender, language) and login sessions.
• Health records from the intake form, consultation conversations and summaries, reviews and callback appointments.
• Wallet balance and history, and for doctors, profile details and uploaded verification documents.

What may be kept

Records that we are legally required to keep — such as prescriptions issued by doctors or financial transaction records — may be retained for the period required by law, and are then deleted. Remaining wallet points are forfeited when the account is deleted.

Timeline

We act on verified requests promptly and aim to complete deletion within 30 days.
